I’ve a new friend up on twitter. If you don’t use twitter you’re really missing out on a lot of fun and quality social networking. I highly recommend it. This new friend I’m following (Twitter lingo) goes by the name of The Matthew Show.
Now The Matthew Show is a different kind of name and that just about perfect for Matthew. Everything I’ve heard and seen about Matthew is different, unique, fresh and incredibly original. The site is fun as is the music – like the Copyright Song. The site is serious – so is the music. Matthew offers a lot of his music on his site. The website is polished and elegant and so is the music. The touring calendar includes a list of gig dates on Second Life! The Matthew Show’s latest album, released last October, is called February! Are you getting the idea here – different! Can’t call it blues but I can call it music I like a lot. Give it a listen:
I’m an acoustic guitar fan – play some myself, Kelly’s Kitchen Band *(maybe you’ve heard of us) and that’s what drew me into The Matthew Show’s world. But the music is so smooth and the sound so fresh. Man it was a great day hanging out there today and I look forward to many more hours of enjoyment from this artist who I know only as Matthew from his website and thematthewshow on Twitter.
