I especially like some of the Jazzier tunes that remind me of Jaques Brel and Leonard Cohen. Some Dylan songs like "She Belongs To Me" are on a 12 bar blues change but he more frequently wrote variations or extended blues changes wher it goes I-IV for a while, then and extended IV section and often only goes to the V once.
