I”m pretty sure this is just parts of a Fender Cornado II. The neck and tuners look original. Maybe the saddle and pickups. The body is custom as a Cornado II is a hollow body and this is obviously a solid body.

NOTE: Needs work, pickup switches are not consistently making contact, probably just dirty internally.
