Shine On Harvest Moon chords by Leon Redbone WIP

This is a work in progress.
I'm trying to emulate this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGUW0uAwDyw
Started with some chords from here https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/leon-redbone/shine-on-harvest-moon-chords-2138131
and transposed minus 3 which gave me the Em and B7 which sound neat and sort look sort of like what he is doing.
but it looks like he A may be D7 and the C a D?.
